I followed your instructions above. The first, If {CallLog.CallStatus} <> "Closed" then "Open", formula just says "Open" after I insert it into the rpt. The second, If {CallLog.CallStatus} <> "Closed" then 1, formula gives me the Current Outstanding Tickets, which I already have. I just want a snap shot of tickets that the analyst opened at the time the report is ran/printed.
So if the analyst has let say 69 Current Outstanding Tickets and they open 2 today I would like the 2 tickets shown as a separate column alongside the column of 69 tickets.
