I would do it this way:
1. Put the "PageNofM" object on the report.
2. Set the suppression formula for the PageNofM object to:
PageNumber = 1
3. Add a text block to the report. Type "Seite 1 von 1" in it.
4. Set the suppression formula for the text object to:
PageNumber > 1
5. Make these two objects the same size and set the location on them so that the X and Y values are the same. This will make sure that they show up in the same place on the report, but one will always be suppressed.
6. Turn on "Reset Page Number After" for the group footer section.
This should give you what you're looking for.
