Work status setting is model based so you can't have different driving dimensions for different input schedules. For example if you have Planning model and you chose to lock your data regions by category and time then that will apply to all input schedules that send data to Planning model.
Also, you cannot use BPF to enforce locking. BPF steps do not lock users from performing an activity directly, outside of the completed BPF step. For example if you have a step to send data to category Forecast and period June of 2014. After the BPF step is completed (and locked) the users can still send data to Forecast for June 2014 directly through the input schedule.
