Are you saying that it works most of the times, ie. the reports are refreshed, but sometimes it doesn't refresh the data?
1. Are all 10 reports in your publication delivered with "old" data?
2. If you refresh the reports manually at the same time, does the report have the same data in the report? You can schedule the 10 webi reports to run at the same time and check the report content.
3. How many recipients do you have for your publication?
4. Does all your recipients receive "old" data reports?
