If you are trying to fetch the data from Cube, then RSA3 (Extractor Checker ) doesn't come into the picture, because it is used to check/verify the data from Source system to BI System. As your data is in BI only ( InfoCube) so no point to check in RSA3.
Now , if you are not able to transport the data from InfoCube ! What is your dataflow, have you checked the dataflow. What you are using in moving the data out of the Cube ! Provide these hints so that we can more add to your query.
