are you wanting to deduct a % from each quota type? E.g employee takes 1 day...then half day from AL and half day from SL? If that is the case then set your absence counting rule with 2 sequence numbers...set the quota multiplier as 50% deduction...so you will have a counting rule with 2 sequence numbers...with 50% each...and one will deduct from quota type AL and another from SL...try this and let us know.
