Hi,
I have started working with the SAP B1 mobile application (version 1.9.6) and it is working as expected, except for the Sales Opportunities module.
I am able to see the a list of all sales Opportunities , however when I try to open any of the individual opportunities, the application on the my iPhone crashes.
My SAP B1 version is 8.82 (8.82.068) PL: 06.
BTW - the same behavior as above is observed when I access the Sales Opportunities module from my iPad. The app just crashes, with no error message. In both cases, I need to run again the mobile application.
So the issue is only with attempting to view the Sales Opportunities detail record.
(more. - when testing this the same scenario with the SAP B1 demo system from my mobile, I am able to view the Sales Opportunities details!)
Questions:
1- Are there any log file that could indicate the issue or root cause?
2- Has this issue been reported and addressed in higher versions?
