We have a requirement like In ECC Client wants to adding a very large number of "new" accounts to their system representing Trade Organizations needed by the Contracts team. We would like to prevent them from coming into CRM. Would it be possible to update the middle ware filter so that business partners with Customer Class = "TO" do not flow through to CRM ?
I have Done the setting in CRM Filter Option with the T code R3AC1
table name Field name OP LOW HIGH INCL/EXCL
KNA1 KUKLA NE TO ------- I Inclusive Define
Could you please help me on this how can restrict them in CRM. I have done the above setting and created on business partner in ECC. but i am able to see the same BP in CRM. Could you please help me on this. what settings i need to do in this.
