Hi Saida, to fix the problem it´s important know the version of Office, 32 bits or 64 bits. and use the same version wit the explorer, namely, office 64 internet explorer 64, office 32 bits internet explorer 32 bits.if you have a 64 bit version of office you need it install the Big Vol Version of EPM Add-in and make sure the version it's SP14 or higher, for my case the SP16 has solved my problem
