Change attribute Values in LDAP

Hi All,

I want to change the attribute value of an ldap user.

For example the attribute value of the field account expires in ldap is : "9223372036854775807" (This expiry date is not in yyyymmdd format)

I want to overwrite this value with the SAP User End date example " 31.12.2016".

Trying to use the FM  'LDAP_OBJECT_UPDATE' , but the date is not getting updated.

Can you give the steps how to overwrite the attribute value of ldap user.
