Distribution rule could not be created automatically

Hi Gurus

                 I am getting a problem when i am converting(MD04) planned order to process order i am getting a screen like "Maintain Settlement Rule : Overview" and if i go back(F3) then Process order creation screen is getting appiered. Issue is "How restrict that screen" and how i can go directly to the Process order creation screen.
