To clarify, are you expecting to define the hierarchy as prompt value in HANA Studio or in A-OLAP? A-OLAP, doesn't have any additional data modelling capabilities and relies on the modelling performed in HANA studio. From what I understand, this would have to be performed in HANA studio.
