I am afraid I could not find the original project as I was assigned to another topic for a month. I am not able to reproduce the issue any more.
But I managed to create and upload a new Fiori Customized app under the guidance of

I think this Dev approach is more straight forward as we do not need to create a Sandbox project and test so much. Hope it is useful for you, too.
