Hi Sankarsan,

I mean which structure is most effective for future aspects. Such as we can segregate Personnel Structure as Personnel Area - Officer, Non-officer, Worker and Subareas are M1, M2, M3 for Officer, W1, W2 for worker. Again we can segregate it as Personnel Area - Active, Inactive, Retire and in active all the subdivision comes for Officer and Worker.

So like this which structure is best for future aspect please inform me.
