I am new to this flexi benefit plan in Indian Payroll. I have a scenario like this can you please give me your valuable suggestion on the same.
CTC - 3,00,000
Basic - 105000/12 (35% of CTC) = 8750 PM
HRA - 42000 (40% of Basic) = 3500 PM
Conveyance - 9600 = 800 PM
Special Allowance - 115200 PA = 9600 PM
Education allowance - 2400 = 200 PM
PF = 12,600 PA = 1050 PM
Gratuity = 5050 PA
Exgratia / Bonus = 8750 PA
Flexi benefits
F1 = 20000 PA = 1667 PM
T1 = 20000 PA = 1667 PM
P1 = 20000 PA = 1667 PM
B1 = 25000 PA = 2083 PM
G1 = 10000 PA = 833 PM
E1 = 10000 PA = 833 PM
Total Month flexible plan is 8750/-
(Special allowance 9600 - total month flexible plan 8750) = 850/- (Remaining balance is special allowance and this 850/- is taxable amount)
Can you please suggest me how to do this flexi benefit plan in SAP with all the settings require to perform and at present we don't have ESS
