If the dump you are trying to attach is same as the one attached in the thread the check the suggestions provided there. Are you running the report RSAR_RSISOSMAP_REPAIR just because it is mentioned in the SAP note 613449 - ITAB_DUPLICATE_KEY (SAPLRSAODS) runtime error ?
