Use Tcode SE11 ABAP Dictionary.

Enter the table RSOSFIELDMAP then click on display and pass the parameters.

OLTPSOURCE (Datasource name) and FIELDNM (Field name) then execute.

Check the relevant info object name (IOBJNM) for the field.
