Duplication of hours booked via CAT2, YCATACSPM

I have a situation where hours booked for personnel via CAT2 for (only some) service orders shows up as being duplicated, i.e. the same personnel number, same actual date, same hours, and often different posting date (next day). At first I investigated the user method during the transactions to verify if the hours are physically and erroneously duplicated, yet strangely it was not the case and physically impossible as the time lapse between creating, duplication and reversal indicated. This was done on a few occasions to be absolutely sure it was not a user error. I also was present when the user made the entries to ensure correct processing is performed.

Keeping constant track of the processing results I found that the duplication appeared directly after the user did posting of the entries via YCATACSPM.

 

Has anyone experienced similar errors, or can anyone advise on possible causes for such phenomenon such as incorrect settings in work center, personnel data, etc?
