The above setting seems to apply to only app.config settings, not web.config settings. Is there an equivalent set of settings that can be used in the web.config file, since I'm deploying in Web app, not a Windows app? I ask because I am having trouble using XML web data sources: When I design the report it previews OK; when I load the report with the design-time data source into the CrystalReportViewer it previews fine, but if I try to update the data source using Don's instructions at , How can you change the xml datasource location at runtime in VS.NET 2010 using the same data source (but just updated using that code at runtime), the report opens without error but certain data columns are blank, even though the XML source contains the data. The only difference in what I have done is to not specify the Startup as above, as web.config does not accept those settings.
