Hi!
We have set up a workflow which will send an email to the person assigned to a ticket every time a customer makes a change to this ticket. However, we are unable to make the system send the ticket to the correct person using “Recipient determination”. The only item in the list which will actually send us an email is “Responsible Team for Ticket”, however, this will also send the mail to other team members. We would expect “Agent Responsible for ticket” or “Employee of Ticket” to send the mail only to the user assigned to the ticket, but these alternatives do not send any mails.

Agent Responsibel for Ticket is not working. Employee of Ticket is not working, Any thing we have missed?
