Reset environmental variables:
e.g.
JAVA_HOME: C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.7.0_67
PATH: C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.7.0_67\bin;C:\WINDOWS\system32;
Reboot your machine and then try to install the required plugins.
