Hi,
We have situation where Service order is getting created as a follow-up of Sales order and then we are creating service confirmation as a follow-up of Service order.
Items are not getting copied to service confirmation.
And when we create service confirmation directly from service order(without any reference to sales order) then items are getting copied correctly.
Kindly help if anyone has come across with the same situation.
