HI Masoumeh sojoudi..I have read all your queries and what i understood is you are already having R3 and BW installed in different server's right?? Basically you can pull data into BW from any data base but to bring that into your BW you need to have connection between systems whether it is R3 or any other data base you can ask your BASIS team to create RFC connection between your R3 and BW if its not created.. and you don't need to install another R3 you can use existing one ...Don't take me wrong are you talking about IDES systems or you talking about Real time SAP systems..
