Getting error in T-Code DB13 execution, Database - Sybase on Windows

Dear Team,

I have installed new server with Database - Sybase ASE 15.7 on windows. Now I want to take online backup but getting error when I run DB13 T-code.

I have attached detailed ERROR with screenshot. Kindly help.

And any method to take Backup through backend (command prompt).
