Describe a bit:
1. PI version and configuration (A+J or JO). There are some ways to cancel using HTTP request to RWB or PIMON.
2. Do you have list of messageID? Or do you have some filter criteria to getting them?
PS: The way to update DB does work but could be unavailable for multiple reasons (no DBMS access or no basis with required PI knowledge).
